Returns & Exchanges


 

New, Unopened Product

Customers may return or exchange new, unopened product to DiamondBack Truck Covers within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund of the price of their cover, less the following costs and fees:

  • The cost of shipping the original product
  • The cost of shipping a replacement product if exchanging
  • The cost of return shipping + possible crate fees
  • A $150 restock fee on all standard covers, a $200 restock fee on all ATV Packages, 180 or 270 covers, and 25% on all other products.

Opened Product

Customers may return or exchange opened products to DiamondBack Truck Covers within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund of the cost of their cover, less the following costs and fees:

  • The cost of shipping the original product
  • The cost of shipping a replacement product if exchanging
  • The cost of return shipping + possible crate fees
  • A $150 restock fee on all standard covers, a $200 restock fee on all ATV Packages, 180 or 270 covers, and 25% on all other products.
  • An open/damaged fee as a percentage of the price paid for their product as follows:
    • No damage, sellable as new - 0%
    • Small damage and scratches - 10%
    • Moderate damage and scratches. May require repair - 20%
    • Major damage. Will require significant repair or replacement - 30%
Unsellable products will not be refunded.

All customers exchanging product must pay for additional shipping and restock fees prior to shipment of the new/exchange product. Customers must return the original product within 30 days of receiving their replacement unit. If original product is not received within 30 days, customer will be subject to payment of both the original as well as the replacement product.

Shipping Damage

All shipping damage should be noted on the shipment form BEFORE signing for any package or shipment.

Any shipping damage MUST be reported to DiamondBack within 72 hours of receipt of product for full claims processing. If reported within 72 hours, DiamondBack will make arrangements to repair or replace damaged product and will cover shipping costs for replacement.

Any shipping damage reported after 72 hours of receipt cannot receive full claims processing. DiamondBack will endeavor to repair or replace any damaged product with the customer paying shipping costs of repairs or replacements. DiamondBack reserves the right to asses repair or restock fees, however, clear shipping damage will not be subject to restock fees.
