Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD  was mis ordered by a customer and returned to us. It has a full SxS carrying kit installed and would just need ramps added to complete the package to haul your ATV/SxS. There are minor cosmetic marks on the package due to return shipping, this will not affect function.
