Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This is a used DiamondBack HD that has slightly twisted cab panel causing it not to lay flat. It sustained small dents and tears in the Rugged Black finish which has been repaired with epoxy. It is weathered and locks are scratched.
