Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD  has bent ball stud brackets, small dents on the stud of the tail panel and rub marks on stud on cab panel. As well as scuff marks & scratches on the tail panel and locks from center panel sliding around on it.
