Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This Cross Bin 13 suffered some scratches during production on the tail side and top of bin. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function. 

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
