Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack 270 has a large gap in the gutter on the drivers side tail panel. The underside of all panels are scratched. There is a scuff in the coating on the underneath of the passenger side cab panel. This cover could potentially leak.
