Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD was returned by a customer reporting leaking issues. Upon inspection it appears customer never installed properly and fully compressed the weatherstrip as we can find no defects or issues that would cause an issue. The cover is slightly dirty as it was installed for a couple days before being returned. 

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
