Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD had been drilled for a front runner rack incorrectly.  The rack would have been misaligned.  The rack was removed and the holes were plugged. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function. 

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
