Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD was returned by a customer due to shipping damage to the Rugged Black finish on the tail panel as well as a poor weld to the corner of the driver side cab panel and a dent to a stud on the underside of the tail panel.
