Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD was damaged during shipping. Specifically, areas on the Rugged Black finish were scraped and have since been repaired with epoxy. A small dent on an underside stud and repaired hinge face seal which may leak. 

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
