Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD has multiple scraps/cuts in the Rugged Black Finish throughout the cover that have been repaired with epoxy but may discolor over time. There is a burn through on the cab panel and scratches on underside stud of tail panel.
