Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This particular DiamondBack HD was damaged in shipping and came back to us with tears in the coating that have been patched with epoxy. There are also scratches on the locks & underside stud of the tail panel. Finally 1st generation black hinges and hardware may fade or rust.
