Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This is a used & slightly weathered DiamondBack HD  where a Headache Rack was installed and is included. Scuff marks throughout cover and a chip in the coating on the cab panel that has been patched with epoxy. Patch may discolor over time.
