Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE was returned by a customer claiming to have some minor leaking issues. We have inspected the cover fully and believe it to be an installation issue as it meets our specs fully. However this cover is being sold as is. There is a DiamondBack LIGHT installed as well. 

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
