Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE the logo is sprayed a bit heavy in spots. Two small spots with a scuff mark in coating on the tail panel. Scratches on bottom of all 3 panels. Small dent on bottom of center panel wall. Striping in spots on top of panel coating. This is all purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
