Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE was damaged in shipping and sent back to us. The only issue that is not fully cosmetic would be the small dent on tail panel hinge face. This should not pose an issue, but in rare circumstances it could potentially leak a little.
