Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE was used for R&D and the locks are scratched. Some blemishes on coating at cab panel. Coating is more glossy in spots. Uneven on top at center panel on both tail and cab panel coating. Scratches inside both cab and tail panels. Safety arm has scratches and marks.. This is all purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
