Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE has scratches and blemishes on the bottom of all panels, scuff marks in the top coating on tail and center panels, as well as on the hinges. The center panel gutter has a small dent. These issues are cosmetic and will not affect the functionality of the cover.
