Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE was lost during shipping then returned back to us. It sustained tears in the Rugged Black finish which was patched with epoxy. Also, there are scuff marks and replaced weather-seal on the tail panel. There are 8 cleats installed on it. 

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
