Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD has scratches, tooling marks and blemishes in the metal on the underside of the cover. There are small spots missing coating on the mid panel gutters and on the underside of the cab panel. The top hinges are scratched and scuffed. The top of the cover has a weathered appearance and ground in dirt marks. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
