Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

 

This DiamondBack SE has scratches on the underside of all the panels. The top of the cover, hinges and hinge bolts have a faded appearance to them. One stud each on the underside of the tail and cab panels had a tool bar pre installed but removed leaving holes in the studs. The dark spots on top of the cover are from it being wiped down and not completely dried yet. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
