Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This  DiamondBack SE has scratches on the underside of all the panels and on the top hinges and lock handles. There is a dent on the underside studs of the tail and cab panels. The coating has a weathered appearance. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
