Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE has scratches and weld splatter on the underside of all the panels. There is a dent on top of the passenger side tail panel. There is a rough patch of coating on the underside return flange. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
