Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE has heavier coating and bubbles in the coating in spots throughout the top of the cover. There are holes in the cover that were pre drilled for yakima base tracks. These holes have been plugged. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
