Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

 

This DiamondBack SE has some scratches and a small dent on the underside of the cover. The clamp strip was bent incorrectly leaving a small spot where the weatherstrip will not seal correctly on the underside of the cover. The cover will most likely leak in this area.  This cover has cosmetic issue and could leak in an area.
