Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches, water marks and blemishes in the metal on the underside of the cover. There is a spot of dried glue on the underside of the tail panel. One gutter on the mid panel is bent in places and missing coating and both gutters have scuff marks in the coating. There were several spots on top of the cab panel missing coating. These were fixed with coating repair. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
