Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches, weathered marks and stains and blemishes in the metal on the underside of the cover. There are areas of compressed weatherstrip on the underside of the cover. There are dirt marks and ground in dirt in the coating throughout the top of the cover. The mid panel rests higher than the cab panel which may cause the cover to not seal properly and leak.  This cover has cosmetic issues and could possibly leak..
