Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches, tooling marks and blemishes in the metal on the underside of the cover. The hinges are scratched and scuffed on top of the cab panel. The bottom of the passenger side cab panel corner is rounded causing the weatherstrip to not stick correctly. This could cause the cover to leak in this small area. This cover has cosmetic issues and could possibly leak.
