Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE has scratches, tooling marks and tape residue on the underside of all the panels. There are lights pre-installed on the underside of the cab and tail panels. The cab panel hinges on top are scratches and scuffed. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
