Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for DiamondBack covers and ATV/SXS carriers are flat-rate based on location. For accessories, ground shipping costs are calculated at time of order based on location.

Shipping Times

DiamondBack Truck Covers uses freight service on cover shipments and ground service for accessories shipments to the continental United States and Canada. Please allow approximately 1-8 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. We’ll send a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Expedited Shipping

We know you want to get your hands on your new DiamondBack so you can get it installed on your truck as soon as possible. To that end, when conditions allow, we make a $150 FastTrack Fee available that’ll move an order to the front of the line. If you add it to your cart, it’ll get your DiamondBack out the door in five business days or less. Look for a blue checkbox at the bottom of the cart labeled ‘Add FastTrack Fee? +$150’ after you add a DiamondBack cover to your cart.

Residential Deliveries

For residential deliveries, the local freight service terminal will call you to schedule a half-day time slot when you know you’ll be home so they can deliver your DiamondBack. Do not take off work to accept delivery until you have received that call and agreed to a time with the freight company. They’ll drop it off during that time slot using a truck with a liftgate, and they’ll request your signature.

Freight Terminal Deliveries

For freight terminal deliveries, the folks at the terminal will call you to alert you that your DiamondBack is ready to be picked up. Be sure to ask them their hours.

Shipping Damage

Even though we make every attempt necessary for it not to, it still happens occasionally. All shipping damage should be noted on the shipment form BEFORE signing for any package or shipment.

Any shipping damage MUST be reported to DiamondBack within 72 hours of receipt of product for full claims processing. If reported within 72 hours, DiamondBack will make arrangements to repair or replace damaged product and will cover shipping costs for replacement.

Any shipping damage reported after 72 hours of receipt cannot receive full claims processing. DiamondBack will endeavor to repair or replace any damaged product with the customer paying shipping costs of repairs or replacements. DiamondBack reserves the right to asses repair or restock fees, however, clear shipping damage will not be subject to restock fees.

Our Return Policy

Here are all the ins and outs of the DiamondBack return policy:

You can return or exchange your product(s) up to 30 days from receipt. All product must be new/unused and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was shipped incorrectly. A full refund for the price of the product will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of DiamondBack receiving returned product, less the following fees:


$150 shipping (contiguous U.S.)
$80 crate fee (if applicable)
$150 restock fee on covers and 25% on all other products
20% shipping damage fee if product arrives at our facility needing repair

Unsellable products will not be refunded.

All customers exchanging product must pay for additional shipping and restock fees prior to shipment of the new/exchange product. Customers must return original product within 30 days of receiving their replacement unit. If original product is not received within 30 days, customer will be subject to payment of both the original as well as the replacement product.

This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from DiamondBack Truck Covers via phone or website.
