Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE has scratches and blemishes in the metal on the underside of all the panels. All the hinges on top of the cover are scratched and scuffed. There was a small spot missing coating on the underside hinge face. This was fixed with coating repair. The cover has a weathered appearance and dirt marks. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
