Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches on the underside of the cover. There is a scuff in the coating on the mid panel gutter facing the tail panel. The mid panel gutters have gaps between both the cab and tail panels which may cause leaking in these areas. This cover has cosmetic issues and could possibly leak.
