Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE has scratches and blemishes on the underside of all the panels. The top hinges are scuffed and scratched. The hinge face lip on the tail panel has 2 small dents on it. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
