Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches and water marks on the underside of all three panels. The anchor plates are misaligned on tail panel passenger side, and the anchor plate on drivers side bulkhead is crooked. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
